CrossFit Bainbridge takes normal people and exposes
them to exercises which mimic normal movements. In our
program you will be lifting, pulling, pushing, lifting
overhead, stepping up and down, jumping up, holding on,
and many other movements. The key is that we combine
these movements into ever-changing workouts done at
progressively increasing levels of intensity. We focus
on form and technique first ensuring the safety of the
student. Everyone trains according to their own level of
skill and fitness. The actual workout itself frequently
lasts from 8-15 minutes. Not bad. You will know within
