- Join us for a DYNAMITE fitness kickboxing workout. You don’t have to be a martial artist, just willing to break a sweat as you punch & kick the bags and pads to some awesome music for an hour.
- It’s safe, easy to learn, lots of fun, and you can work out according to your own fitness level.

- Saturdays from 9:00-10:00 AM
- Tuesday/Thursday from 6:30-7:30 PM
